CamdenBoss are a UK-based manufacturer of electro-mechanical components and enclosures, offering an extensive range of cutting-edge and cost-effective components, housings and cabinet solutions through their worldwide distributor network.
As part of the Heathpatch Group of companies Cogent Technology will act as an independent subsidiary of CamdenBoss and both entities will maintain operations at their respective Felixstowe & Mildenhall sites. Working together the companies expect to enhance their services to clients by collaborating wherever possible.
The executive Board of Cogent Technology will remain unchanged ensuring stability and continuity of direction and welcome Charles Course (Group CEO of Heathpatch & CamdenBoss) as a Board Director in the capacity of Chairman.
Under the umbrella of CamdenBoss and the Heathpatch Group, Cogent Technology will receive ongoing investment and support. This infusion of resources will empower Cogent Technology to enhance capabilities, improve services, and support its requirements in growth and continuous improvement.
